Our Ethos & Product Disclaimer
Each piece at Delkūk is individually made, often using natural dyes, handloom techniques, and artisanal processes. This means:
– Slight variations in color, texture, weave, and finish are inherent and celebrated as part of the piece’s story.
– These variations are not considered defects, but marks of authenticity and human touch.
– Please read product descriptions carefully, as care instructions and details vary with each piece.
We ask that you treat each item as a work of craft, with care, patience, and respect for the process and the people behind it.
Eligibility
To use this website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Orders and Availability
We offer small-batch, one-time creation or made-to-order pieces. Availability is limited, and some items may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities, especially in cases of suspected misuse or multiple orders for resale.
We will notify you promptly if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.

All prices are in AUD and include/exclude applicable taxes (as specified during checkout).

Prices and availability may change without notice. If any pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected order.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship both within Australia and internationally.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Given the handmade and sometimes made-to-order nature of our products, longer dispatch times may apply. Shipping details will be shared via email upon order confirmation.
Delkūk is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other third-party delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, Delkūk does not offer returns for change of mind.
We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit if:
– You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
– The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
– The item is not marked final sale, custom-made, or a personal hygiene product (e.g. earrings).
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@delkuk.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Care Instructions
Our pieces are crafted with delicate, low-impact materials like plant-based dyes and natural fibers. Each product includes recommended care guidelines on an attached tag. While this tag may be removed, we encourage customers to keep it handy for future reference to ensure proper care of the item.
To preserve the beauty and lifespan of these pieces:
– Hand wash separately in cold water with pH-neutral soap unless the care instruction tag says “Dry Clean Only”.
– Do not soak or bleach.
– Dry flat in the shade; avoid direct sunlight.
– Iron on low heat, inside out if needed.
– Store flat or folded—not hung—to protect the fabric.
Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage that will not be eligible for return or exchange.

As a sustainable brand, Delkūk is committed to mindful production. We strive to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and honor our makers. Some pieces are made to order, while others are made from deadstock and remnant fabrics—meaning each piece is unique.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delkūk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
